Remote Control Support Service
We set a time when a Pro can remotely control your computer over the internet so that we don't even have to come to your location!  The computer that needs work must still be able to access the internet.  You may need to be present for this service since we may need your help to accomplish certain tasks that are impossible for the Pro to do remotely.  For example, put a specific CD in the CD ROM drive or connect a cable between devices.

Pick-Up / Drop-Off Support Service
iTechPro will visit your location, spend about 15 min with the computer at your location and then take your computer with us back to our office.  Once on our workbench, we complete any diagnostic work and then contact you with an estimate (usually the same day).  With your approval, we complete the work agreed upon and then return the computer to you. We then test your computer with you, at your location, to make sure you are satisfied with the work performed.
